To complete your order, please enter your Name, Company Name, Shipping and Billing Address, then select the payment method that suits you.
In all cases, the amount of the delivery is determined on the basis of the weight of the parcel and the delivery address. Average 1.500 HUF / 6 bottles in Hungary.
You have 8 days after confirmation to cancel your order.
Once the invoice is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
In case of personal pick-up, you have 3 days to collect your order from our office, of which you will be informed by email. For each additional day, we are entitled to charge a storage fee of HUF 1.000 per item per day.
Orders over HUF 100.000 can only be fulfilled by advance payment.
By placing an order you accept the general, legal and specific terms and conditions of our site.
You can pick up your parcel in person at our office, or we can deliver it to your home or workplace between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
We can fulfil your order within 1-5 working days, except for special requests, which will be agreed with you separately.
Please include any information that requires clarification (e.g. limited pick-up times, doorbell, etc.) in the comments section so that we can provide you with the highest level of service.
You can pay in the following ways:
- You pay cash or by credit card on receipt of your order.
- You can pay by cash or credit card in person.
- By bank transfer after your order. In this case, your order is only valid once the amount has been credited to your bank account.

If your order includes insurance, in the event of a faulty delivery or damaged goods, we will refund the amount already paid. We are unable to accept any complaints about delivery or any other complaints after receipt of the goods. For orders placed via our website (colloquially referred to as "14-day cancellation"), the consumer may NOT exercise his right of withdrawal as defined in Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) regulating contracts between consumers and businesses, pursuant to Article 29 (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the said Government Decree.
In addition to the above, the general rules of law are the guiding principles.
