This is an oaked Blanc de Blancs with a generous 7 years on lees. Lots of brioche in the oily nose with also red apple with peel, white peach and some caramel followed by a juicy palate with lipsmacking acidity, red apple, soft, pink grapefruit, peach and brioche.
