Pronounced nose of green apple, citrus and some pastry and honey notes. Nothing spectacular but a lot more than expected from this "entry level" cuvee. Medium bodied on the palate with acidity on the medium side ( so much lower than many NV cuvees). Lots of flavor concentration with a dry medium plus finish.
